CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Cabernet Sauvignon is the world’s most loved red wine. It is nicknamed “the king of red wine grapes,” and often blended with other reds, including Merlot and Shiraz. On the vine, the Cabernet Sauvignon grape is hardy with thick bluish black skin. This thick skin contributes to the grapes notoriously high tannin levels, which soften and smooth with aging.

MERLOT

Merlot is the second most widely-planted red wine grape in the world. Merlot was brought to California in the 1850s and 1870s. California Merlot was not a big seller until the end of the ’80’s and historically vintners used Merlot as a blending grape to soften a wine. Since Merlot tannins are less forceful than other full body reds, it’s a wine that tends to mature earlier.

SANGIOVESE-BRUNELLO

Brunello is a red Italian wine produced in the vineyards surrounding the town of Montalcino in Tuscany. It is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, hence the name we have given this wine – made from Sangiovese grapes in the Brunello sytle delivering smooth tannins and ripe, fruit driven character.

MUSCAT OTTONEL

Muscat Ottonel is perhaps the least valued of the Muscat family of highly aromatic varieties. Its wine is typically faintly colored, and its aroma is notably lighter 
There are major plantings in Austria, and in France’s Alsace area and has also established itself in Canadian and American vineyards.

SAUVIGNON BLANC

This Sauvignon Blanc is a light white table wine. Great and affordable for the everyday. Best drank young, and great to serve with simple meals.
